SNATCHER worst online store ever!

If possible I would not even give one star. These people are ***** which is what upsets me the most. I placed an order on the 7th and after telling me numerous times it has been "dispatched" it never arrives and I get no tracking order. Then I finally i get an email with a tracking number and a call both confirming I will receive my order and after it does not arrive I call the courier and they tell me themselves that it's nonsense as they had just picked up the item. I finally received the package today AND guess what....ofcourse there are missing items. When I call to enquire im just told sorry its out of stock. Then why did it say "order confirmed" and they took my money and only when my items arrives weeks later do I have to enquire and then be told it is out of stock. Honestly this is not worth the trouble it is the worst online store I have EVER experienced and you still have to pay for your own delivery which takes weeks. Plus just to get through to anyone at Snatcher takes an hour if not more which i understand now due too my poor customer experience.
