Snatcher Worse online shop

I Regret making a online purchase at Snatcher, on the 25th of Feb i made a Purchase of sneaker Boxes. The order weng through payment was made instantly. Waited 8 day for the order until i emailed them only for them to tell me after 8days that they dnt have stock.ok Fine. On the 9th of March send my Baking details for a Refund. Waited another 12days. When i emailed them today, they telling me they have a problem with Account department they can not process my Refund.If i didnt email them when were they gonna alert me about the issues they having?
