Against my better judgement, I ordered a phone on this 'online store' ( Xiaomi note 13 pro) 8 days later, I had not received any communication from them...the order wasn't even allocated a way bill number so I got anxious and decided to call them and enquired. Upon inquiring the consultant told that the phone was being sourced in China and was going to take longer to deliver (their website says delivery should be in 10 days)

I therefore, asked for a cancellation as I was in urgent need of a phone. To my surprise, I paid R9070 for the phone but got refunded R7700 to say that I'm angry is an under statement. I want my money back, it's not my fault that they couldn't source the phone on time.
