Snatcher - why I wont give a 5

I love to shop from them but their delivery turn around time is much longer than other places and then they also dont let you know when they will deliver which can be a bit inconvenient. The long delivery time though is what makes me decide whether I am going to buy or not. Better descriptions would help also as some things looks cheap on sale bit when they get to you, you can see why they have to be on sale. The quality is not good.
