Snatcher- waiting for 2 months for a refund!

I have bought a few times from Snatcher as there prices are good, but delivery has always taken so long. My last order was in March22, there was 1 item that they didn't have in stock so i opted for a refund....it is now the end of May and still have not received my refund. Every week they apologize and tell me it will be within the week! I find this very bad service, it's not a lot of money but it's the principal. I certainly won't hurry to buy from them again. Very disappointed!
