Snatcher vs competition

I have ordered from Snatcher on numerous occasions. I have also ordered from another online business on numerous occasions , whom I won't post their name for personal reasons. But they are well known in SA. Snatcher are cheaper, they have a bigger variety on a specific item and I've never had to send things back. They do take longer for delivery, but it's worth the wait. The other company.... Sends you damaged goods and then, once they collect it they state that they cannot exchange it as they don't have stock. But when you go online, low and behold the item is still advertised. There is no personal interface anymore as they have a bot replying to your emails. Then you wait a week for a refund into your account. Keep it up Snatcher, don't allow your quality of customer service to go down like your competition.
