Snatcher - Very poor service

Very poor service - Received my order (282092) on 14.06.2023. Submitted my return on 15.06.2023 as the product order was incorrect colour and false advertising on my one item ordered. on 18.06.2023 i submitted my second request for a refund. My item was collected by the courier service on 29.06.2023 without any communication or notice from Snatcher luckily i had the item with me. Correspondence regarding my refund between me and Snatcher started on 05.07.2023. On 09.07.2023 i submitted the required banking details to them, their reply on 11.07.2023 was seven days. 18.07.2023 follow up no reply, 19.07.2023 no reply, 20.07.2023 they send me a mail stating that they have a backlog on refunds. 27.07.2023 follow up no reply. 07.08.2023 follow up not reply.

When you order you must pay before they process your order but is almost two months since i first requested a refund on an incorrect item delivered. With no success. Worst service ever received.
