Snatcher very dishonest company

From the the day i ordered a memory bank and power port for a Samsung Tablet i have had nothing but dishonesty from this Company. I was told i had to wait 10 days for the products and thats fine if im made aware of a waiting period. They kept on telling me that my order was being processed but never commited to a date. Eventually i was told that my order was ready and would be collected by a courier and delivered the next day. When the parcel was delivered it only contained the data bank. I checked my mail to make sure that had ordered 2 items and i had. Then i received a mail to inform me that their Chinese manufacturer was working frantically to manufacture the Samsung power port and that i could expect a 2 week delay. I know that i will never see the power port and i will never purchase anything from this Company again. The data bank was a diagrace it only managed to charge my phone by 8% during load shedding and then it died.
