Snatcher - Very disappointed with lack of service

I am still waiting on a response as to when I will be receiving my order. This is unprofessional on Snatchers part and this will be the last time I will be ordering from snatcher because your delivery process and keeping people informed is terrible.

It has been 14 working business days and I have still not received my order or any sort of communication on why there is a delay. Your deliver process states 7-10 working days for delivery to take place yet after 14 days, I have received nothing. You also state that you will keep customers informed but your don't. The fact that you can't even call Snatcher just shows this sort of thing happens all the time and that is why you don't allow people to call but only send emails which you never get responded on.

I have enquired already numerous times on *** with no satisfied response as to why my order is taking so long to arrive.

I want and need my order delivered before you 22 December 2022.
