Snatcher useless in product delivery and returns

I have placed 2 orders one is still part delivered lost somewhere with their delivery company Parcel Ninja. Made a return that has not been credit to my account nor has it been refunded not even an acknowledgement from the 10 email requests. Send new requests still no response. It is a pity we in Durban and no way to physically go to the business to get our monies or our goods back that is owed to me. It has been over 2 months now that is patient enough now this is only platform left as no email responses being received either.
