Snatcher, unreliable be careful

I ordered a sonoff TH16 with temperature and humidy sensor from snather on the 19th of January it was delivered in the 7th of Jan. This order took a while and I've been patient. It came directly from China through buffalo express. The trouble is it's only the temp and humidy sensor with no Sonoff TH16. I emailed them, as soon as I was able the next morning due to work commitments they requested a picture of the item in original packaging as well as shipping packaging which I did on the weekend 2 days after. That was the 10th of Feb. It's now the 17th and the only response is well get back to you. I'm about R 380 down, 30 days later for something I thought was in country and no response from them. it's just so frustrating and anooying to loose cash like this. Ive ordered in the past had them refund portions of the order because they can't stock what they say they have. Its really not worth it all the stress around dealing with these guys.
