Snatcher - u hold up to your name !!!

If i could, i would give it a zero star rating for the absolute terrible service i receive from Snatcher. Placed an order on 26/11 knowing it will be delivered in time for a Secret Santa function at work but instead I only received disappointment as no product gets delivered until this day 21/12. I have tried phoning (that nr of them does not work for customer services) sent numerous emails, they keep on promising to take the matter up with the couriers but then i receive no feedback and no delivery. SNATCHER HOLDS UP TO THEIR NAME SNATCHER - THEY ARE QUICK TO SNATCH YOUR MONEY BUT GETTING ANYTHING IN RETURN IS AN ABSOLUTE ZERO ON A CONTRACT. Their 15 working day delivery time frame is absolute bogus because u dont get your products at all. PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM !!!! U WILL REGRET IT !!!!
