Snatcher Two Way Radios Order

Ordered two way radios from them. Snatcher said they can not supply these radios as advertised and offer a refund. I have accepted the refund on the term that it would be refunded within 7 days. Almost two weeks later, no refund,contact, or communication from them. Tried to call them without success, send various mails without any luck.
