Snatcher - Two Thumbs Up

I must admit that I have had absolutely no issues with Snatcher. If you are not in a hurry for the products you are ordering then the service, quality and price is worth the wait. I don't know why people complain about slow service or delivery when the website clearly indicates the number of working days to receive your product and outlines the lead times per stage in delivery.

Furthermore, I must compliment the Customer Service, as I botched up my first order by placing the wrong item in my basket and then completed my order. Since the item I intended ordering was the same price, Customer Service updated my order and I received the correct item.

On my second order, I saw something I had wanted to order appear on the site after I placed my order. I asked Customer Service if I could amend my existing order. I was told I couldn't, but I could place a new order for the single item, pay via EFT but exclude the delivery fee from the new total, and Customer Service would then merge my orders once payment was confirmed. I even received a phone call to clarify the e-mail that was sent to me. I was later informed that the particular item had to be ordered from China and it would be delayed. The original order was dispatched and delivered, and I was informed all the time via tracking information of my outstanding item and despite taking twice as long, I eventually received it and was very happy with the overall experience and the quality of the item.

My last order took a mere 6 working days from date of order. Anybody knows that ordering from a site - even if it's Takealot - where they use drop-shipping, there will be a 3 - 7 day delay and it's usually stated.

I'm happy with the service and they have items that are a fraction of the cost of other online sites.
