Snatcher total *******.

I bought 2 solar garden lights . They arrived and they were electrical lights. I contacted with much difficulty Snatcher and returned the lights. A week later I get sent the same electrical lights. Once again with much difficulty I contact them I speak online with 2 different people on different days both telling me that I will be contacted telephonically which never happened. I then cont to try and make contact. I finally get called and told they are going to sort it out and call me back. I never got that call. This is such a waste of my valuable time This has now been going on or over a month. Snatcher do not care about the customer. They take your money and send you the incorrect goods and clearly do not have a clue of what is going on around them. Very Very poor service. Do not order anything from them.
