Snatcher took my money, then cancelled my order without refunding

Snatcher took my money immediately for my order and then decided to cancel my order without even informing me. Tried phoning them, held on for almost 30 minutes. No replies to email or facebook messages. So they are essentially st**ling my money!!! Pathetic. Do not use them ever. Worst company ever.
