Snatcher to close down-service appalling. Never use this business

A warning to anyone ever considering ordering online from Snatcher. The name says it all. They are so quick to take your money. How does an online business like this even operate. Lack of service, no customer support, wrong order, no return, no refund. This place should close down. I am one angry customer.
