Snatcher. They selling faulty product.

I wrote a negative review. Snatcher promised to call me and sort out. They have not. It's been a while. They don't have a phone number anymore. It used to be so easy to get hold of them. They had such wonderful service. Now they like the rest of South Africa. Pathetic. My Lazer tape measure is in inche and feet, in South Africa; the inverter did not work from the 1st day I notified them immediately. No resolution I'm out of the funds and out of the product Since than I had to buy them elsewhere as I needed to work. I don't know what to do.
