Snatcher - the worst on line store

The worst on-line experience! After placing an order and paying for an AIr Fryer I am told that model is not available. The replacement they wished to send was cheaper and I asked for a refund of the difference. Back n forth on e-mails only (they do not take calls) I did not get a mail confirming they will refund me but I get a mail saying I have a huge amount of points for my next purchase. Are they crazy? NO WAY am I going to purchase anything else form this company. On-line shopping is the way forward but they are going backwards. Can they be reported to the COnsumer Council?
