SNATCHER, THE SNATCH YOUR MONEY and leave you out to dry

Well still waiting for this bunch to reply to my millions of mails to return an item. How can a registered company in south africa have no listed phone number???? there is no one you can speak with and the customer services are pathetic and dont respond - yes YOU Tashriek Rustin!!!!!!!! Order no 386690 29th June - Still had to send a video to them to prove the item was in 1 piece.... then waiting and waiting for a response where to return the item, then they deduct 15% handling fee ------ what a frikken joke this company is DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUNCH ! THE ARE TOTAL ****MERS, as a company I should be able to phone someone, there is no human contact what so ever and 2 different addresses for the same company???????
