Snatcher- Terrible service, No refund

I purchased an item on the 15th of September 23 and a few days later(13/10/23) I was told the item was out of stock and this was only when I chased how far my order was seeing that it was passed the due delivery period. I then requested for a refund and I was told this would take 7 working days. The worst thing is that you cant even call them as their customer care line refers you to their info email address.
