Snatcher terrible service

Never had such bad service ever from this company. Order placed & paid for 31/10/22. Confirmation of payment received by customer support agent on the same day. I have sent numerous mails, only today that I threatened to post here did someone come back & req POP again. It is now 11 days later & "payment pending" is still reflected. Two out of two orders an absolute shocking experience
