Snatcher - terrible service

Having ordered a red airfryer, only to receive an orange one which had clearly been returned by a previous customer, I went to snatcher and showed Tumelo all signs of this item been used and previously returned. But the assessing team decided that there is nothing wrong with the item and will charge a 15% handling fee. I now also need to supply banking details and prove that the account is mine. Surely they can pick up banking details from the order. I certainly will never use Snatcher again
