Snatcher - Terrible Service

I am still waiting on 3 orders that I placed on 16 July and paid for. I have sent them numerous emails, and get a "generic" email back. My orders all still shows processing. There is no lead time of 7-10 working days when it comes to Snatcher. Very conveniently there is also no phone number where you can speak to an actual person - I wonder why????

I will NEVER order from these people again.
