Snatcher TERRIBLE customer service!!!

I ordered a battery operated air pump, received my delivery - they had sent a normal standard air pump, when corresponding with the service center, they argued and said that they had sent me the correct item and that I had ordered incorrectly and I must pay a handling fee of 15% that will be deducted from the refund price.

I bought the item for loadshedding for my fish tank and they send me a plugin pump and tell me that its the correct item?! I am VERY unhappy with Snatcher and will NEVER be ordering there again.
