Snatcher - terrible after sale service

Terrible after sale service. The K9H smar****ch I bought lost internet connection within a day. Tried all the recommendations and more. Sent a return request on their site 3 times without a response. Sent it from my personal e-mail with all the requirements for a return (photos and description) and got a ref# finally. They wanted a video and me describing what is wrong (which I already did in a detailed e-mail) and a photo of the original packaging they packed with, with the waybill ;not required on the return policy and not something I usually keep. I sent everything I could and now no response.

I also thought they had stock, yet I saw they ordered it from China and it took longer to deliver than anticipated. I could have ordered it from China myself if I wanted to wait longer.

They don't make the return process easy. I will never buy from them again. Unfortunately an expensive lesson I've had to learn.
