Snatcher taking payment but not delivering goods

Ordered 2 Christmas presents from Snatcher on 2 December, paid in full. The package was delivered 13 December and only one item arrived. I immediately emailed the company with the problem and I received a reply stating the item will need to be logged as a missing item. I have now sent a total of 4 emails with no reply and no package. Disgusting service. No wonder people prefer companies such as Takealot. Not only can you not call them they don't give any option to track items. Pathetic
