Snatcher takes your money but does not deliver!!!

I am so extremely annoyed and irritated by this company. I order an item that I paid for, then kept getting emails saying the item wasn't paid for. After having to prove I paid for the item, I got another mail a day or two after saying they no longer can get the item so they will need to refund me. It takes 5-7 days for the refund to be done. It's been almost 15 days and I've followed up about 4 times with no response, you can't even call them because they no longer take calls from the public 'due to the nature of their business. I cannot see how you can treat repeating customers like this. I've bought from snatcher so many times and have been telling people to buy from them but from now on I'll make sure people know how **** your service is and that you basically ***** from customers.
