Snatcher SUX

I have placed 2 orders with Snatcher. One 31 August 2022 and 4 September 2022. There has been absolutely no response from Snatcher. I have queried and their standard response, they apologise and are looking into it, but still no response. I have cancelled my orders and requested a full refund, wonder if that will ever happen. The website has not been updated on my orders either. I will never recommend Snatcher to anyone. Rather use Wish, slower but you get updates.
