Snatcher supplies inferior replacement items without paying refunds

I bought a 115 in 1 Magnetic Precision Phone Repair Toolkit on 29 March 2024. I received a replacement set with around 90 pieces inside. I communicated with Snatcher and they offered me an option of returning the item and receive a refund. The item has been returned in April and according to their return policy it would take up to 10 days to process the refund. I have been in constant communication about my refund and all I have received til now is a reference number and promises that my refund is being escalated. I have requested a replacement item of lesser value to settle my dispute but received no resolution.
