Snatcher sucks!!

Whoooo! What an a bad experience I got from Snatcher.

I was a loyal customer until I bought a poor quality tool box, I am still waiting for resolution since November, I am really not happy, I know some tools were missing but I have them and I sent an email to Lungile about it but she has not rep****.

I even can't get hold of Lungile when I call in, she is either absent or in a meeting and she never returns my calls.

This issue started last year November when I returned the toolbox and still today they still have it. Now they are saying they can't refund me cos some tools have lost the branding, whatever this means.
