Snatcher Sucks

Snatcher really interested me of recent with their low prices and variety of products. I then decided to place a order almost a month ago, I eventually received my items after almost 3 weeks after placing the order. To my surprise the items I received were such a bad quality items that I couldnt sleep knowing I had bought this. I then contacted them and requested to return the unwanted items. I eventually received a response and was told to check their unwanted returns policy which I could find anywhere on their terms and conditions. The agent I was dealing with at Snatcher informed me that I would be charged 15% of the refund amount if I wish to return the unwanted goods. Even though I requested a return 1 day after receiving the items. This is unbelievable and no after sales help. I was then told 2 days after that they do not do collection and I would have to return the items myself (bearing in mind I am in Cape Town and their business is in Johannesburg). Later then I was contacted to advise that if I wish to have them collect the items, I would be charged for the courier fees. I feel Snatcher is the worst online business to deal with and in the e-commerce industry definitely one not to be trusted. This is so disappointing and I felt others needed to know about my experience and be careful when order from a company like Snatcher.
