SNATCHER SUCKS!

I ordered containers to separate my shoes, however, when I received the product it was completely different than was marketed. I informed Snatcher (spoke to Faraaz) and Faraaz informed me that the product is marketed a bit differently than the actual product. I informed him that is unacceptable as it is deceiving and ********. He agreed that he will refund me for the product as well as for my shipping costs as I would have to ship it back at my own costs. After their offices received the product they informed me that they will only refund me for the amount paid for the product. I have reported Snatcher to the Consumer Ombudsman.
