Snatcher stole my money so beware before you buy from this store

If you want to be frustrated like I am right now please buy from this ecommerce! Snatcher sent me an email on the 12th of August about an open box special they had. I quickly went to their website and the open box things were super cheap so I got excited and added a few to my cart. I checked out the items and snatcher deducted R422.50 from accoubt. However after deducting the money I noticed that no order confirmation was sent to me and also no order was created on their website. So basically only my money was ****** and I had no order number or email confirmation. I waited for my order to be delivrered anyway and It did not get delivered and my money was not reversed into my account either.

I then sent an email to snatcher and the customer service representative who "helped" me was Zandile nyembe and then Andile Ncube, both these people have a very low capability to understand tecnology... They both asked me for EFT proof of payment and the reference I used... But how the hell will I have that when I did not transfer the money to snatcher, I used my debit card to pay and snatcher deducted the money from my bank account and I sent that proof and on the 7th of September Andile Ncube told me that accounts are busy veryfying my payment and up untl today I never heard from him/her. This is very frustrating to be honest. Snatcher is a great online store but ****py custommer service like the one Andile is giving will be it's downfall because no one wants their money ****** by anyone irregardless how cheap the store is.
