Snatcher Stinks

If i could have chosen no stars it would have been perfect. This way i am forced to choose one star which is waaaay more than they deserve. To start it off it takes them quite a long time to deliver your items and in my case they delivered a replica of the item i actually ordered and not what was advertised. Anyway i returned the item and explained to them that it was not what i ordered and i would like them to replace it with what was actually advertised and what i actually wanted. After another lenghty delay i recieved a notification of my parcel being despatched. Fair enough it got to me a day later only to find that theyve sent me the same replica product in another colour!!! That is absolutely unacceptable! If they didnt have the product i wanted they should have just refunded my money! But now i have to go through another long and arduous process to return this item and then wait for who knows how long to receive my refund. Pathetic service at its best...sigh
