Snatcher still waiting for my order

I placed my order on the 26 Jan 2023 order 246101 - to date my payment is still awaiting payment. I have emailed the proof of payment still waiting. This is unacceptable. to make it worse there is no contact number you can only communicate via email . This is pathetic !!! so upset
