Snatcher still SUCKS!!!

I left a review here a little longer than a week ago concerning a refund from Snatcher on a order I placed that was out of stock. Once again here I am, still dissapointed with their after sales service, lack of communication and empty promises. I had read a lot of reviews here similar to mine and got to thinking, how much interest do they earn on customers like myself who's money is in their account. For longer than a month and numerous emails, I am still awaiting my refund. I hope my refund includes my interest earned on that money. As far as i'm concerned, it is blatant thievery...
