Snatcher steels your money! Don't order from them!!

I was notified that my order was in an accident and a replacement will be delivered. They thereafter sent a notification that my order was delivered. So far i have not had any further communication from them nor has my order been delivered. I emailed them via their website and said pay back my money or send my order. No response. I will be opening a case of theft this coming monday!!!!! Disgusting!!!
