Snatcher *****s from people! Be very careful!

So I ordered some lights from Snatcher end of September. After many enquiries, they told me the product is not available. Offered me a store credit voucher. I said no thanks I want a refund. They took my bank account details. After enquiring a few times about the refund, they told me I can’t get one, because the voucher was used. They can clearly check on my account that I have not ordered anything and certainly hasn’t used it. Anybody else experienced this? I am suspecting they are *****ing from more people. As you can see in the reviews here, they never reply to these complaints. Be very very careful. *********.
