SNATCHER = *******!! STAY AWAY!!

I ordered a product online early in March 2024 and the product was delivered about 2 weeks later, however it is faulty. I submitted a video to prove this and returned the product early in April 2024, and Snatcher has agreed to refund me. I have sent email weekly and get the same lame reply with empty promises, but no refund after 4 months of waiting. Please NEVER EVER purchase anything from SNATCHER! They take your money and do not have an honest policy.
