Snatcher Stay Away

DO NOT ORDER!

I am absolutely horrified at the terrible service provided by Snatcher. Ordered 2 x pedestals from them on the 18th of December. My order went through and I received a notice of payment email. Since then, I have had absolutely no contact from the company, unless I have emailed them first. I was then told, they were out of stock of the item I had ordered and was offered three alternative products. As these are not what I wanted, I asked for a refund. Since then, I keep receiving the same generic emails from different customer service agents. I want my money back but unfortunately my experience has led me to believe that this will not happen anytime soon. I have yet to even receive confirmation of a refund. Incredibly disappointing and I would advise everyone to think twice before ordering through this company.
