Snatcher - Snatching your money and not delivering

I understand why thiis business is called Snatcher, its because they ***** your money amd you never hear from them. I placed and order end May, website said delivery was 7 to 10 working days. I have not heard from Snatcher since, you are unable to call them they say "due to the nature of their business they do not accept incoming call and your only resort is to email". But they only ignore your emails - I Must have sent 20 emails. No response.
