Snatcher, snatching your money!

Made an online purchase from Snatcher more than a month ago. Cancelled the order because I didn't need the product anymore. Their website states that you will be refunded within 10 business days (yeah right!). Still didn't receive any refund up until today. If I send emails, I get the same lame response "We apologise for the inconvenience caused, your refund request has been sent to our accounts department". There's no telephone number to contact these theives, the telephone number on their website is just an eye blind. I would not recommend purchasing from these ****mers.
