Snatcher snatches your money

Never trust Snatcher to refund you. I ordered an item. The wrong thing was delivered. I sent it back requesting a refund. I received confirmation that the refund was approved. I waited 14 days (already far too long but that's what they say their turnaround time is) for the refund. It was not forthcoming. I have waited for over a month now and they still have not refunded me despite my numerous calls and emails and their promises to escalate the matter and have the refund executed without further delay. Unacceptable. Despicable. My trust is completely broken.
