Snatcher snatches your money

I ordered products in November 2022. When my box arrived it was short 2 items. There was no picking slip or credit note. On enquiry I was asked whether I wanted an alternative or a refund. I opted for the alternative...still nothing. when I followed up they said there are no alternatives. I then asked for a refund and sent baking details. I got a voucher instead. (Catch is.... I have to pay R79 odd delivery fee to spend it.) We are now almost in March 2023. I see my initial items are back on the website but have not been sent to me nor have a been refunded.

I am VERY disappointed!
