Snatcher snatches your money!
I purchased a few items online from Snatcher in December 2023. Snatcher advised that there was a technical issue and my payment was received but the order was not processed. After multiple attempts to get a response from Snatcher, they advised that I would be refunded within 7 days. I have not been refunded the R700 and Snatcher simply ignores any emails or my online requests. Be very careful of this company, they will happily take your money and then not follow through on the order or even try and correct a mistake they have made.

19 Jan 2024, 09:03At the very least, respond to the emails i send because Snatcher easily responds with an apology on Hellopeter but a refund does not seem to be happening. If refunds to do happen within the 7 working day promise, don't promise it!
