Snatcher snatches your money and doesn’t deliver

Not sure what happened here as Snatcher used to be great. But for sure they have since developed significant problems. Since my order on the 18th April for a tv bracket and headlamp I have received absolutely no communication from Snatcher whatsoever other than the response to my payment which simply stated my order number and that my order amount did not match the payment received. It is bizarre because their Snatcher online process calculated the cost of the items I selected to purchase, and the amount calculated by Snatchers online payment system requires me to place my credit card details in order to authorise the payment. I input my credit card details in good faith. They have not even sent an email confirming the order as they usually do nor have they responded to my three online enquiries nor my online cancellation instruction nor my email. I have the feeling that I was ******* into making the credit card payment and then initially a weak excuse provided so they did not need to report on the order process of the items ordered and if they were able to leave it for long enough I would simply accept my loss and move on. No way I have declared a dispute with my credit card company and will fight this. Stay away from this service provider.
