Snatcher snatches your money

You very quickly take my money, then refuse to give me a delivery time/day. The courier you supposedly use, their website tracker doesnt work. You say you'll reply to my emails, but spout the same you'll be notified shortly stories, which results in nothing. I call in, you cut me off. I try calling back, and now I have to waste time and money in your call queues. I AM NOT GOING AWAY until you give me the money back or tell me when my parcel is arriving. Smacks of a **** !!!!
