Snatcher snatches AGAIN

Orders placed and paid for weeks ago. One cannot call them because 'due to their business they dont accept calls' and yet they have ignored my daily emails for updates regarding delivery of my orders worth almost R2000. As usual,very disappointing service and misleading of customers when they do reply to emails saying they have escalated the enquiry. THIS KIND OF RESPONSE IS RECEIVED DAYS LATER. SNATCHER WHERE ARE MY ORDERS.???????
