Snatcher snatched my money

Its now over a month since a system error resulted in a double debit of my account for an order and I have still not received my refund! Even though they asked for bank details and info proving that I am the account holder.... Added to that, all I get are pathetic email responses saying that there's a huge backlog of refunds in the finance dept and mine has been prioritized. COME ON - PAY BACK THE MONEY!
